Opening the 2026 festival with a bang; the James Taylor Quartet lead by James Taylor himself, one of the great British instrumentalists of his generation. He has taken his trademark howling Hammond sound to the masses for over 25 years; still famed for its upbeat, energetic live shows… with no sign of slowing down. The James Taylor Quartet's relentlessly entertaining tunes take inspiration from the rare-groove style funk, and boogaloo funk of the 60s and 70s and, the band is, without a doubt, one of the most important jazz-pop crossover outfits in British live musical history today.
JTQ has evolved into one of the most exciting and well respected touring bands in the UK and live, the band is explosive, with a breathtaking, diverse unmatched back catalogue. Do not miss this!
“James Taylor is the best Hammond player this side of the Atlantic.”
Craig Charles, BBC6 Funk & Soul Show“James Taylor… one of the all-time great Hammond players.”

Tithe Barn, Court Lodge Farm
Lenham, Kent ME17 2QD
Our 3-day summer festival is set in the spectacular and intimate backdrop of the Tithe Barn, Lenham.
The Tithe Barn is a remarkable historic structure that dates back to the 14th century. With its striking timber-framed design and expansive interior space, it served as a crucial centre for storing and distributing tithes collected from the local community. Today, it stands as a cherished heritage site, offering visitors a glimpse into Kent's agricultural past.
A truly special and unique experience.
